CANCELLATION POLICY, LATE ARRIVALS AND PAYMENTS METHODS

LATE ARRIVALS: Arrive on time for the lesson, not only out of respect for the instructor and the other participants in the class, but also because the first part of the lesson is dedicated to warming up, extremely important to prepare the body. People who arrive late to the class will NOT be able to participate and will still be charged the fee. In the case of students with monthly subscriptions, they will miss the class and will NOT be able to recover it at another time. To avoid this type of situation, we suggest you plan the traffic, the distance and any unexpected event that may occur in order to arrive on time.

Class cancellations: our scheduling system allows you to cancel class participation up to 6 hours before it starts without being charged a fee. Otherwise, you will be charged the full rate and NO refund or credit will be issued. In the case of students with monthly subscriptions, they will miss the class and will NOT be able to recover it at another time.

3) Punctuality in payments: students who pay for a single class will have to pay the price of the same at the most on the day of the lesson, NO CREDIT IS MADE. In the case of students with monthly subscriptions, they will receive a reminder message on the expiration date of the same. If after 7 days the renewal has not been made, they will NOT be able to continue attending classes.

4) Payment methods: payments can be made in cash or with bank transfer, we do NOT accept credit cards.
