COSTA RICA POLE CAMP

The Costa Rica Pole Camp takes place in the beautiful Playa Tamarindo, located on the north Pacific coast of Costa Rica.

Internationally known for its waves appreciated by surfers from all over the world, it is the ideal place to practice all kinds of water sports and to relax on the beach in front of a magnificent sunset.

The small town of Tamarindo has a wide variety of shops, bars and restaurants that offer different styles of cuisine suitable for all tastes and needs.

THE STUDIO

HADA POLE DANCE is a very spacious and completely new studio with 3.5 meter high poles. It is only 5 minutes from the beach and Tamarindo downtown.

INSTRUCTORS

ALLISON FIORINI

Allie's journey into pole dancing began in 2015, sparking an immediate passion for the sport. She holds certification as an RYT yoga instructor, cultivating a deep appreciation for fluid movement. Allie finds enjoyment in teaching pole and embracing the sport's ability to foster strength, grace, community and empowerment. Her teaching style encompasses guiding students to harness strength and understand the mechanics of movement to master tricks and transitions, seamlessly weaving captivating transitions to elevate their pole journey. She looks forward eagerly to sharing her enthusiasm and expertise in movement with others!

HEIDI COKER

Within her own life practices Heidi works to embody authenticity and creativity. She strive to find her own truth and harness her inner strength and encourage those around her to do the same. Heidi loves taking powerful moves and dance styles from everywhere imaginable and adapting them to pole. Nothing is impossible! It's all about breaking down the technique and applying a progressive teaching format to push beyond the comfort zone and the norm. Her goal is to show students how to embrace their vulnerability, live with courage, an open heart, and to be curious about expanding their potential both on and off the pole.

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1 - REGISTRATION: To register contact us at the email address hadapoledance@gmail.com (by registering, the registrant affirms that he knows the general terms and conditions and accepts them). The minimum age is 18 years.

2 - FEES/ PAYMENT CONDITIONS: The fee schedule is applied on the date of registration. The rates are understood per person and will be expressed in US dollars. No refund will be given if you start the Costa Rica Pole Camp late or leave early. To register, the participant is expected to make a deposit of 50% of the camp price. Thereafter, the full amount is expected to be paid no later than 60 days before the start of the camp.

3 - NEW RESERVATION/ CANCELLATION/ ABSENCE: If a participant cannot participate in the Costa Rica Pole Camp, he has the right to appoint a substitute participant. This type of new reservation is free for the participant. The participant may cancel their participation in the camp only in writing and the amount of the cancellation fee will be determined according to the date the cancellation is notified:

More than 90 days before the camp 30% of the total cost - between 90 and 60 days before the camp 50% of the total cost - less than 60 days before the camp 100% of the total cost. If the participant has not registered by 6:00 pm on the first day of the event and has not notified us that they will be late before the camp begins, this will be treated as a no-show and will result in the collection of 100% of the cancellation fee. This rule applies regardless of the reason for the cancellation.

It is strongly recommended to take out trip cancellation insurance.

4 - CHANGES/ CANCELLATION OF THE EVENT: Instructors and workshops are subject to change. In the event that the retreat is cancelled, a full refund will be offered where possible. Costa Rica Pole Camp is not responsible for any non-performance, cancellation or delay in the realization of the camp due to an event beyond its reasonable control (for example, fire, flood, earthquake, elements of nature, acts of government, war, riots, terrorism, civil unrest, changes in visa rights, etc). Such events, which give rise to the delay, cancellation or delay of the camp, do not give the right to a refund.

We require a minimum number of participants to run the camp, so we will send you a confirmation no later than two months before the start of the camp. If the camp is not confirmed, your payment will be fully refunded. For this reason, we suggest you pay for your flight, accommodation, etc. as soon as you receive the confirmation.

5 - COPYRIGHTS AND RIGHTS OF USE OF PHOTOGRAPHS AND VIDEO RECORDINGS: Both participants and instructors may be photographed and filmed during the course of the retreat. These recordings can be used for promotional purposes on the www.hadapoledance.com website, in brochures, news reports, and also on Facebook, Instagram and other social networks. By registering, participants consent to the publication without compensation of photos or recordings made of them.

6 - RESPONSIBILITY: The participant is responsible for the insurance. No liability will be accepted in the event of injury or accident. Participation in Costa Rica Pole Camp is at your own risk. Any illness, injury or existing bodily problem must be communicated to the instructors before the start of the course. No responsibility will be accepted in the event of theft or loss of personal property.

7 - DATA SECURITY: The participants give their consent for the collection, processing and use of the personal data necessary to complete the commercial transaction. Participants may revoke this consent at any time. In this case, the data will be deleted once the business transaction has been fully processed.
